AboutDiversions Gift Shop in Three Lakes opened its doors for business in July of 2015. In choosing product lines for the store, owners sought out different creations made in the United States and Canada, plus products from fair trade organizations and wholesalers who give back to charitable foundations.
At Diversions we strive to offer changing product lines and one-of-a-kind vintage finds. Customers will find something new and different each time they visit the shop. Diversions is the realization of two dreams for the DeYoung's who have always wanted to own a retail store and live in the North Woods. We made a diversion and left jobs and homes in Chicago and moved into the family cottage that was originally owned by our parents. The family has had ties to Three Lakes for close to 100 years. “We chose Three Lakes for our shop because there is a special place in our hearts for the town and we want to do our part in making sure Three Lakes stays the vibrant community that we love. |
